3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations
3.1. Product Orders: All orders placed through our site or directly with Shade & Spice are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3.2. Custom Orders (Cakes, Catering): For custom cakes and catering services, specific terms regarding deposits, final payment deadlines, and design approvals will be communicated at the time of inquiry or booking.
3.3. Baking Workshops: Workshop bookings are subject to availability. Payment is typically required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
3.4. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or at our premises. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.5. Cancellations and Refunds:
- General Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Should there be an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Custom Orders: Cancellation policies for custom cakes and catering will be detailed on your individual invoice or agreement. Late cancellations may incur charges.
- Workshops: Cancellation policies for workshops will be specified at the time of booking. Typically, a minimum notice period is required for a refund or rescheduling.
4. Dietary Information and Allergens
Shade & Spice operates in an environment where nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens are present. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform us at the time of ordering. We are not liable for any adverse reactions to our products consumed by individuals with food allergies.
